Reflexology is a relatively new therapy based upon ancient principles. It is a form of acupressure massage which stimulates reflex points on the feet. These reflexology points correspond to the muscles, glands and organs of the body and stimulating them encourages the body to heal itself. Working with your nervous system to restore balance in your body, reflexology generates a feeling of profound relaxation and well being.
Trained at the York School of Complementary Medicine, I am conveniently located in Heworth in York, which is easily accessible from the city centre and surrounding towns and villages. Here my therapy suite offers a peaceful haven, the ideal space to relax, unwind and get the full benefit from your treatment.

At your first appointment a detailed consultation will be conducted, so that I can tailor a treatment plan that will give the optimum results for you.
